As a forty something mother of two and a military spouse I’m here to tell you if you are or have ever been interested in starting an online business now is the time to do it. Whether you are in your twenties or in your sixties there are opportunities for everyone.

Working online does allow some benefits like not driving to work, not always working the normal 8-5 workday schedule, and in some cases working from anywhere. But I’m here to tell you from experience creating your own business normally takes a good portion of your time.
I also know how easy it is to stay in your comfort zone of working a regular job with a scheduled paycheck because you have children, a spouse, a home, and a pet. I have been working multiple jobs for years, in fact most of my life, so I get it.
There is no quick money-making business, there is no magic bank account. The work you put in is the benefit you get back.

Affiliate marketing is promoting a companies’ products or services. First, you need to sign up for an affiliate marketing program.
Once you are approved to promote a products or service you will have access to trackable URL’s. When the user clicks on the URL link or banner ad, the link will add a cookie to your user’s browser.
You will be able to promote most of the affiliate links or banners in blog posts, blog pages, email, and social media. Therefore, the commission made will be from the consumers who make purchases from your links.
